Our 6-step service guidelines
If you are traveling and require service, please follow these 6 steps:
- Contact the RV Care dealership where you purchased your RV so they can help you find the nearest RV Care location.
- On arrival, show your RV Care Customer Care Promises card. If you do not have it, the staff will contact your original dealership or look you up in the customer database.
- The dealership prepares a price estimate and contacts your original dealer to verify warranty coverage before any work begins.
- If they cannot complete every repair on site, they will locate the specialty services in the area that can.
- They will try to verify warranty or extended service plan coverage. Where no coverage exists, you will be responsible for covering the repair costs.
- If the repair cannot be finished the same day, they will help you find local accommodation and transportation.

The Customer Care Promises apply to travelling customers — not to customers who are near their own dealership.
If your RV has a problem while travelling…
RV Care network dealerships prioritise urgent, safety-related repairs for travelling customers so you can get back on the road. Non-essential work may be scheduled for later.
